DIRECTIONS FOR USE
ORAL USE: Chill before serving. NOVASOURCE® Renal can be consumed directly from the reclosable bottle or poured into a cup. Once opened, reclose, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. If poured out of the bottle, cover tightly and use within 6 hours.
TUBE FEEDING: Pour directly into tube feeding container. Adjust formula flow rate and volume to patient’s condition and tolerance. Provide additional water to meet fluid requirements. Avoid contamination during preparation and use. Do not add food or drugs, if product is tube-fed.
RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE: Up to five bottles a day depending on patient’s fluid and protein requirement or restrictions, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
STORAGE: Unopened, store in a cool and dry place.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Suitable from 4 years and above. Not for parenteral use.
